Turbine Blower

The air suspension high-speed centrifugal fan is directly driven by a high-speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) connected with the impeller. The speed is precisely adjusted by a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with no gearbox or speed increaser structure.

The impeller is directly connected coaxially with the motor, and the shaft is supported by radial and thrust air suspension bearings.

As there is no mechanical contact and no lubrication system required during operation, the fan achieves high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, reliable operation and long service life.

The main unit is lubrication-free and maintenance-free; the system only requires regular inspection of filters and electrical components.

Variable Frequency Drive Control System

The frequency converter accurately adjusts the motor speed to realize on-demand control of air volume and pressure.
Built-in anti-surge control logic ensures stability during high-speed operation.
The input side is equipped with reactors and EMC filters to reduce grid harmonic interference.
The output side is equipped with dV/dt or sine wave filters to protect the insulation system of high-speed motors.
It features fast response to sudden load changes, maintaining stable system operation.
It supports remote communication interfaces for convenient centralized monitoring and coordinated control.

**High-speed Motor Cooling Technology

The high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) features a high-power-density design, achieving stable and high output within a compact structure.
A proper cooling design is critical to the motor’s efficiency and long-term operational reliability.
This system adopts a forced air cooling structure. By optimizing the internal air ducts and heat dissipation paths, it effectively reduces the motor’s operating temperature, ensuring continuous and stable operation within the designed working range and extending the service life of the motor.
